• Pre-reunification

• Transportation provided for children to and from visits

• Transportation can be provided (or by Parent Aide)

Intensive Family Preservation

• HOMEBUILDERS Model
• Intensive services-20 hours per week first 6 weeks with 5 months follow up case management
• 24/7 Crisis Intervention

Intensive Family Reunification

• HOMEBUILDERS Model
• Intensive services-20 hours per week with 3 phases: Preparatory, Reunification, and Step-Down (12 mos. Total)
• 24/7 Crisis Intervention
